At Garagzy, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may be eligible for a refund under the conditions outlined in this policy.

2. Free Trial Period

Garagzy offers a free trial period for new users. During this period, you can explore all features of the platform without charge. You may cancel your subscription at any time during the free trial period without being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.

3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with Garagzy within 30 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund. To be eligible for this guarantee:

  • You must be a first-time subscriber (this guarantee does not apply to renewals)
  • The refund request must be made within 30 days of your initial payment
  • You must not have violated our Terms of Service

4. Subscription Renewals

Subscription renewals are non-refundable. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No refund will be issued for the remaining days of your subscription term.

5. Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, the 30-day money-back guarantee applies. After the 30-day period, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel an annual subscription, you will retain access to the service until the end of your subscription year, but no prorated refund will be issued.

7. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

8. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
