1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Garagzy's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access Garagzy's services for personal, non-commercial transitory use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in Garagzy's services
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. Service Description

Garagzy provides a comprehensive garage management platform that includes:

  • Online booking and appointment management
  • Customer relationship management (CRM)
  • Inventory and job tracking
  • Invoicing and payment processing
  • Marketing and communication tools

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your chosen plan. Payment is due immediately upon subscription. All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities. You will be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.

6. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Garagzy or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Garagzy's services, even if Garagzy or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
